RETURN GUIDELINES
You’ve got 14 days from the date you received your order to send stuff back to us. All returns must be made by mail. The items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags still attached. (Please note that we can’t accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or fragrance due to hygiene reasons.)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Sorry, but shipping charges are non-refundable. It should take about 3-5 business days for your refund to show up.
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for SiRdNA products not purchased from SiRdNA.COM.

* Domestic (USA): Visit our Returns Portal HERE.

*Domestic returns are free when you use our pre-paid returns shipping label after review.

*International (Global-E) returns are charged a flat rate when you use our pre-paid returns shipping label.

EXCHANGES
We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return your items for a full refund and then place a new order for the items you want.

CUSTOM AND HANDMADE ITEMS
All sales of handmade items are final. Sorry!
ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE SALE PERIOD
All sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.

DISCLAIMER
If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we see unusual activity, we might flag it in our system. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse current and/or future orders and returns. Be sure to check out our TERMS OF USE for more information.
